LOTAIP 2024 – GAD MUNICIPAL CHUNCHI

CUMPLIMIENTO DE OBLIGACIONES DE TRANSPARENCIA ACTIVA

La Ley Orgánica de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública (LOTAIP) obliga a observar a todas las Instituciones del Estado que conforman el Sector Público y demás entes señalados en la referida Ley, a difundir a través de un portal informático web de información o a través de los medios que dispongan, y que sean de fácil acceso y comprensión, la información mínima actualizada mensualmente, que, a efectos de la LOTAIP se la considera de naturaleza obligatoria.

Encuentre a continuación la información publicada mensualmente. Seleccione el mes a consultar.

Tenga en cuenta que la información se contiene en matrices en Excel con tres hojas de cálculo cada una correspondientes a: Conjunto de Datos, Metadatos; y, Diccionario, en cumplimiento a la nueva LOTAIP artículos 19 y 24.

Adicionalmente se contiene la información con relación a las obligaciones de transparencia pasiva, colaborativa, focalizada y el reporte de cumplimiento de las obligaciones de transparencia activa en el Portal Nacional de Transparencia de la Defensoría del Pueblo del Ecuador.
